From day one, you’ll be part of the action, gaining hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle, from analyzing new opportunities to managing partnerships in our seniors housing, wellness housing, and medical facilities portfolio. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals on high-priority projects, applying sharp analytical skills and clear communication to make a real impact. Along the way, you’ll see firsthand how our relationship-driven strategy powers our success and sets us apart as an industry leader.You will have the opportunity to:Learn & Apply Investment Fundamentals
  • Support the evaluation of new investment opportunities from initial valuation through closing
  • Assist in underwriting acquisitions, developments, and recapitalizations
  • Build and refine financial models, budgets, and forecasts
  • Research market supply and demand fundamentals to assess property and market risk
Engage with Industry Leaders
  • Participate in weekly Investment Committee meetings to observe and contribute to high-level decision-making
  • Collaborate with partners and operators to strengthen relationships and drive asset performance
  • Join site visits and market tours to understand on-the-ground operations and market dynamics
  • Participate in meetings with management teams to evaluate strategies and operational approaches
Develop Analytical & Strategic Skills
  • Contribute to variance and liquidity analyses to inform investment decisions
  • Monitor leasing activity and operator performance across our portfolio
  • Update ARGUS models and other portfolio management tools

  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program.
  • Experience: Previous internship or relevant work experience is preferred but not required.
