
Sr. HR Generalist U.S

- Provides HR support to the U.S. Head of HR Services and HRBP Raleigh with the strictest confidentiality at all times and with minimal supervision on all HR matters
- Mentor HR Generalists
- Back-up for the Benefits and Payroll department
- Enforces company policies and practices at all times
- Develop policies as needed, and review and propose changes to current policies
- Support managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Support performance management processes, including coaching and feedback
- Lead or support talent development initiatives and succession planning
- Support implementing employees' relations and employee satisfaction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership
- Ensure alignment on all HR transactions across the U.S.
- Ensure data is accurate in the HR systems
- Assist with HR audits, reporting, and documentation
- Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless HR operations
- Contributes to process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Performs other duties as assigned by management

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics
- Travel may be required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 5+ years' of progressive Human Resources experience
- Multi-state experience a plus
- SHRM-CP a plus
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
