Through your leadership, your team will make a real impact every day!The Food Operations Manager 2 will support Gateway Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program located in Chicago, Aurora, and Lake Villa, Illinois.A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is requiredSodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services.   • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • create and deliver innovative and enriching cafe experiences for patients, family and staff daily;
  • oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience;
  • manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
  • mentor, develop, and retain managers and frontline staff;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships.

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
