We're looking for a motivated Project Manager to join a growing construction team focused on new multifamily and townhome developments throughout MD, VA, and NC. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to take the next step, or a Junior PM with multifamily construction experience.The Project Manager - New Construction Multifamily - Rockville, MD will be responsible for:
Lead multifamily new construction projects including townhomes, podium builds, mid-rise, and low-rise developments (wood-frame).
Manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes from pre-construction through closeout.
Collaborate daily with field superintendents, subcontractors, and in-house development teams.
Report directly to the President of Construction, working alongside two fellow PMs.
Be based in the Rockville, MD office (5 days/week during onboarding; hybrid flexibility thereafter).
Visit active job sites in MD/VA (1-2x per week) and NC (1-2x per month).

5+ years of construction experience, or a strong APM with readiness to step into a PM role
Experience with ground-up multifamily builds: podium, townhome, low-rise, mid-rise (wood-frame)
Background in general contracting preferred; builder/developer experience also considered
Strong coordination and communication skills across field and office teams
Able to travel to project sites in MD, VA, and NC as needed

$120K-$140K base salary (negotiable based on experience)
