In this role you will work at the intersection of real estate development, engineering, and project delivery, helping AWS meet the ever-increasing demand for cloud infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence. You'll help drive the technical execution of land development projects that are critical to AWS's growth, managing complex inter-dependencies while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple work streams.Key job responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical program management for land development projects
- Develop comprehensive technical delivery strategies aligned with real estate timelines
- Coordinate complex infrastructure requirements across multiple technical disciplines
- Manage critical path dependencies between real estate, engineering, and construction activities
Project Execution:
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, risk matrices, and technical documentation
- Oversee technical consultants and engineering partners
- Drive resolution of technical challenges across civil, utility, and infrastructure components
- Ensure alignment between technical requirements and entitlement/permitting processes
- Manage project budgets and track technical deliverablesStakeholder Management:
- Lead technical discussions with internal stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between real estate and technical teamsProcess Improvement:
- Develop standardized technical processes for land development projects
- Create scalable solutions for common technical challenges

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or related technical field
- 8+ years of technical program management experience
-5+ years experience with infrastructure or land development projects
- Proven track record managing complex technical programs
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across various technical disciplines
- Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, development processes, government permittingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in related technical field
- PMP Certification
- Experience with mission critical facility development
- Knowledge of utility systems and municipal technical requirements

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,100/year in our highest geographic market.
