- Proven HVAC-R sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of industrial and commercial HVAC-R systems and products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
