- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for platform-related projects, from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies, with a focus on Agile principles.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development or platform implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering platform-related projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
