- Facility Type: Long Term Care (LTC)
- Assignment Length: 10 weeks (Start: 8/25/2025 End: 11/1/2025)
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM); every other weekend & some holidays required
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Employment Type: Travel nurse (locum tenens)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1260 - $1350
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Vermont or compact state eligibility
- At least 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) electronic medical records
- Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and some holidays
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
- Provide compassionate nursing care to LTC residents in a clinical setting
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor, assess, and document resident health status using PCC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Support and supervise residents, including those with substance abuse or urgent care needs
- Participate in care planning, shift handoffs, and maintain accurate medical records
