Gpac in partnership with a leading mechanical company is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Manager.This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a very well-respected company on a variety of commercial projects with an unbelievable amount of potential for growth!!!!What you will be doing as an HVAC Service Sales Manager:Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Quote projects/services to customers
  • Provide Sale Leads of Service Agreements
  • Hire technicians
  • Build strong customer relationships driving penetration of HVAC solutions.
  • Evaluate and grow customer base
  • Provide solutions and designs as per the customer's requirements.
Build relationships and establish a faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements.
Experience with HVAC, controls, industrial, fabrication - Commercial background a plus * Manage regions expenses
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors and equipment suppliers
  • Inspects the condition of existing plumbing and HVAC equipment; repairs or modifies as needed.
  • Plans required maintenance, repairs, or modifications to plumbing, HVAC or refrigeration equipment; assigns appropriate staff to required tasks.
  • Analyzes work orders to identify and prioritize needed repairs and maintenance; evaluates systems to identify causes of problems.
  • Determines parts, materials, and other related supplies necessary for repairs, maintenance, or modifications; orders or otherwise obtains needed supplies.
  • Provides direction and assistance in the diagnosis and reporting of mechanical systems.
  • Coordinates work among Plumbing, HVAC team and other trades, departments, project managers, or outside contractors.
  • Monitors all work performed and assists as needed to complete complicated jobs or train staff on methods and procedures.
  • Ensures that installations and repairs are performed and completed in accordance with all federal, state, and local codes.
  • Works with suppliers and obtains cost estimates for repairs, replacements, and installation of plumbing and mechanical HVAC equipment; oversees and evaluates work performance.
  • Collaborates with customers or other appropriate staff to project the cost of future repairs and equipment needs to assist with budget process.
  • Maintains records of preventive maintenance performed on all major mechanical equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience/Education/Training
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales or service hvac operations role
  • Build strong customer relationships driving penetration of HVAC solutions.
  • Provide solutions and designs as per the customer's requirements.
Build relationships and establish a faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
Prepare proposals based on the project's technical specifications and requirements.
Experience with HVAC, controls, industrial, fabrication - Commercial background a plus * Extensive multi-leveled experience with best practices, policies, and procedures in the HVAC field to gain detailed understanding of all levels of operations and showing steady career progression
  • A degree or college diploma in business, technical or management
  • Sales Book of Business & CRM a Plus
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Must have strong skillset in HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
