  • Partner with sales leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles (SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, etc.).
  • Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Track metrics and provide regular reporting on recruiting performance (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.).
  • Stay up to date on sales hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Help build and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with sales professionals.
We are looking for……
  • Proven experience as a sales recruiter with a focus on sales or GTM (go-to-market) roles.
  • Strong understanding of the sales function and what makes a successful sales candidate.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools .
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience hiring for SaaS or tech sales roles.
  • Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Sales experience or background is a plus.
