Responsibilities:
Utilize the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy. Role is responsible for assisting in small amounts of field data collection, entry of field supplied data into SAP database and other supporting systems
Collection, management, and conversion of raw data into usable information for analysis by the organization. Including ensuring data availability, consistency, and accuracy
Look for a detail oriented, team player who is self-motivated and committed to doing the right thing
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate sustainable, timely and accurate input of operations SAP data
Interact with internal and external teams, including Finance, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Vendors to ensure integrity and quality data
Validate data from field-submitted requests
Creation and maintenance of SAP Master Data objects such as functional locations, and equipment
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for data standards, processes and solutions
Additional duties as required
Qualifications:
Background in oil and gas industry, equipment and process
Experience in SAP is preferred for maintenance of SAP hierarchy, & equipment records
Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, equipment and process
Excellent technology skills (Microsoft suite etc.)
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP or index match
Ability to analyze data, and cross reference data in excel
Understanding of data warehousing, data optimization, and data integrity
Experience with data validation, cleansing, and data integrity standards
Ability to adapt to constantly evolving data standards and a willingness to learn new technologies
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Manage assigned responsibilities and duties to ensure accurate and timely completion of assignments, projects and other duties as assigned
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
