PAY RATE: $14.30 per hour (up to 1,500 hours per year).Eligible part-time employees will receive up to a $3.00 per hour retention bonus for all hours worked from Memorial Day through Labor Day. For details, .GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Work activities in this position primarily involve the maintenance of the golf course.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The list below is intended to describe the general nature of duties only. Employee shall perform other duties as assigned.

Maintains and weeds flower beds.
Maintains and cares for trees, plants, and shrubs.
Mowing of greens, tees, fairways and rough using specialized mowing equipment
Operates a weed whip.
Operates a Cushman.
Performs cup placement on greens.
Maintains golf cart fleet.
Performs building maintenance.
Performs golf range maintenance.
Keeps buildings and grounds clean.
Paints buildings and signs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Ability to work varied hours depending upon park demands.
Ability to traverse sandy, marshy or wooded areas with even or uneven terrain.
Ability to get along with co-workers, supervisors, and park visitors.
Will be required to work assigned Special Events, Weekends, Evenings and Holidays.
Will be required to adjust schedule to meet organizational needs.
Ability to perform essential duties.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
Ability to load, unload and move materials from one location to another.
