Operations Manager - Corrective DivisionWe are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure high-quality service for our clients while leading a team of fieldworkers. This role is crucial to the efficient and profitable execution of projects and involves managing crews, coordinating resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.Location: Altamonte Springs, FL. 32714Pay: $65,000- $85,000 Salary, plus smart goalsRequirements
  • Previous field experience (Construction, Landscaping, Lake/Pond Maintenance).
  • Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and ability to interact with multiple audiences, including but not limited to the Operations Team, Sales team, subcontractors, vendors, and others.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Branch Manager
  • Supervise and guide crews on-site, with hands-on fieldwork as needed.
  • Conduct pre-construction site walks.
  • Coordinate equipment and materials for crews.
  • Assist the sales team with project estimates.
  • Provide field training for new and existing employees.
  • Manage administrative duties related to staff.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and the sales team.
  • Ensure safety and compliance on job sites.
  • Maintain necessary certifications.
