Description :GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Set up and Operate, maintain various level 1 CNC Sheet Metal machines.ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Set up and operate level 1 (Sheet Metal Machines).
List of Level 1 (Sheet Metal Machines).

Amada Punch Press (CNC)
Bridge Port Machine.
Cut off Saw.
Drill / Tap Machines.
Forklift.
Hardinge Machine (CNC)
Hardware Machines.
Jaws Machine.
Lathe Machine.
Roller Machines.
Sanding Machines.
Shear Machine.
Spotweld Machine.
SuperMax Machine (CNC)
Table Saw Machine
Horizontal / Vertical Saw Machines.
Help out with CNC Machine Operator Level 2.
Use of Measuring tools.
Perform daily maintenance on above equipment.
Inspect parts.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITY: Basic Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The following are characteristics associated with the environment in which this job is typically performed.Moving mechanical parts – over 2/3 part of the dayLoud noise (examples: metal can manufacturing department, large earth-moving equipment)SALARY RANGEThe starting hourly rate for the role is between USD $20.00 and $22.00. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
