The Production Assembler in the Vinyl Patio Doors Department is responsible for assembling patio door components according to specifications, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. This role involves collaborating with team members to achieve production goals. Come and be part of our amazing team in Prescott Valley, AZ.Starting compensation is $19.00/hr. Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m. Responsibilities:
  • Assemble vinyl patio door components following detailed specifications and instructions.
  • Operate hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, screw guns) to cut, fasten, and assemble parts.
  • Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints (training provided).
  • Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints (training provided).
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
