- Planning, coordinating, and controlling customer service team activities to meet objectives, maintain relationships, and ensure compliance with client reporting and safety protocols
- Assigning and monitoring tasks to meet performance expectations and address work deficiencies promptly to avoid disruptions
- Training Team Leads, Inspectors, and clients on procedures, standards, ordering processes, and policy changes, including developing work instructions and supporting employee training on inspection, rework, sorting, and packaging
- Initiating client contact before projects and managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating new jobs, including layout, material handling, staffing, and resource allocation based on demand forecasts
- Documenting, communicating, and retraining teams as client criteria evolve
- Understanding production expectations, ensuring targets are met, and reporting non-conformances to the Quality Department for resolution
- Developing relationships with customers and suppliers to encourage business growth and launching new initiatives such as new customers, locations, or services
- Reviewing projects to ensure best practices are applied and understood, while ensuring all teams operate within company requirements
- Strong root cause analysis, presentation, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work assigned hours based on business needs
- Thorough knowledge of automotive quality systems and initiatives, with ability to identify potential failures and implement corrective actions
- Entrepreneurial skills with experience managing a small to medium-sized business
