Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Friday, 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dependable General Production Workers to join our client's team. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy hands-on work and want to grow within a manufacturing environment. You ll support production and warehouse operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist production departments and machine operators with daily tasks.Load and unload shipments safely.Prepare outgoing shipments by palletizing, shrink-wrapping and banding products.Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure safe, timely task completion.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Perform additional duties as assigned.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred (experience may substitute for education).Willingness to learn and follow directions.Basic math skills for measuring and inventory management.Strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable with standing, bending and repetitive motions for extended periods.
