- Partner closely with Global Functional Learning teams and Talent Management & Development partners to identify critical enterprise and professional skills needed to support company goals and drive development of prioritized skills with measurable business impact.
- Build and organize clear career development journeys that connect with enterprise learning programs to help employees achieve their agreed development goals.
- Expand Visa Acumen learning to strengthen employees' understanding of our industry and business, incorporating it into onboarding and development programs.
- Work with VU’s learning design, experience and delivery teams to deliver enterprise learning experience through innovative delivery and drive fast program speed-to-market.
- Strengthen engagement through learning and support key critical Talent management activities (e.g. Annual Review, Development Objectives, Quarterly Conversations, and Org & Talent Planning) to achieve stronger outcomes in line with Visa’s overall growth strategy
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of enterprise learning and development programs by identifying impactful KPIs and metrics and adjust as necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Successfully enable annual Ethics and Compliance training that helps drive an ethics culture across Visa
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Experience in navigating a matrixed organization and working in collaborative teams with matrixed reporting lines.
- Strong business stakeholder engagement and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to achieve buy-in and alignment
- Experience presenting complex materials in a succinct manner to executives to drive effective decision making.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing change management initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A test and learn mindset that embraces creativity, optimism, ambiguity and failing-fast.
- Ability to deliver results by acting and executing quickly.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across a breadth of stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with third-party providers, to increase the contribution and capability of Visa’s Talent organization.
