- Educate customers on available auto, home, and life insurance policies.
- Generate and follow up on leads through warm calls, referrals, and networking.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Accurately process policy applications, changes, and renewals.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to track client interactions and follow-ups.
- Stay up to date on State Farm products and industry regulations.
- Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
- Sales mindset with a willingness to learn and apply effective selling techniques.

- Base salary plus commission, allowing you to earn more as you grow.
