What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Billing Generalist within our ALESolutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be accountable for the ongoing analysis of projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities; as well as perform hotel billing and folio related functions of the company. You will report directly to Director of Billing and regularly collaborate with the Hotel Billing team.How We WorkAs a Hotel Billing Generalist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
Home office set up (Working hours 8-5, M-F)

Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:
Reviewing and monitoring the controls needed for sales analysis and project closing
Researching and resolving misapplied costs
Collaborating with the Cost Analyst and Hotel Billing Manager when project margins are inaccurate due to incorrect recording and processing
Reporting on variances and their causes
Reconciling the folio with the internal database and online bank account
Processing and analyzing billing to the adjuster
Determining which folio discrepancies can be billed versus those needing resolution while following department procedures
Resolving discrepancies as needed
Requesting folios from the hotel as needed
Reconciling SUA credit cards upon job completion
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Flexibility/adaptability in day-to-day tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
Excellent analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
Strong Microsoft Office product skills
Ability to provide accurate and timely reports as requested.
Microsoft Great Plains & ACT database experience a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or equivalent experience

This salary range is provided for Illinois which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly range is $17-$19.
