Duration: 12 months of contractOverview:Client Dept is modernizing core business processes and seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design user-friendly, sustainable solutions. This role requires strong process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document current workflows, systems, and pain points
  • Develop future-state process maps using Lean/Six Sigma methods
  • Recommend process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Partner with IT, leadership, and frontline staff to ensure alignment
  • Support change management through workshops, presentations, and pilot rollouts
  • Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years in process improvement, engineering, or operational excellence
  • Strong process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow redesign skills
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Desired:
  • Experience in government, DMV, public sector, or high-volume service delivery
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
