What You’ll Do:
Oversee nursing and care operations at all three sites
Mentor, support, and train clinical and caregiving staff
Promote high standards of care, safety, and compliance
Lead quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Collaborate with Executive Directors and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure state regulatory compliance across all communities
What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
5+ years of clinical experience in assisted living or long-term care
Proven experience in multi-site or senior-level leadership, preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for mentoring teams and enhancing resident well-being
