We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Production Operators. This role is part of our Pay for Skills program, offering opportunities for growth and advancement through skill progression. If you're ready to build a career in manufacturing and contribute to a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!Hours are for Night Shift: 10pm - 6:30am, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday as needed.Your Day to Day:
- Monitor production lines and ensure smooth operation during your shift.
- Communicate effectively via radio with team members.
- Perform hands-on tasks such as cutting material, sampling products, moving materials, and operating a forklift.
- Support housekeeping efforts including emptying trash carts and general clean-up.
- Assist with equipment start-ups and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
- Begin learning additional key roles as part of your skills progression (Levels 2–4).
- Understand and follow finished product specifications.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand work instructions and product specs.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages).
- Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for extended periods.
- Safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., sometimes in awkward positions.
- Perform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks.
- Work safely in a fast-paced, dusty environment with varying temperatures.
- Adapt to a rotating 8- or 12-hour shift schedule.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead regularly.
