- Maintains an up-to-date inventory record.
- Receives, validates, examines, and logs all deliveries as per protocol.
- Records, notifies, and sends back faulty items.
- Supplies relevant data to accounting or other suitable departments for payment and record maintenance.
- Ensures warehouse area is organized and tidy.
- Addresses shipping complaints; informs supervisor of any shipping or receiving concerns.
- Confirms items against pick tickets, cross-checking serial numbers with traceability reports.
- Inputs inventory assets into Customer Database within Salesforce.
- Tracks borrowed inventory items.
- Generates shipping labels.
- Packs smaller orders during peak periods.
- Learns to pack larger system orders to provide backup support to shipping manager during absences.
- Organizes filed completed sales orders/invoices.
- Aids in monitoring shipments for orders with proof of delivery.
- Collects mail daily.
- Processes sales orders.
- Handles RMA's.
- Prints picking lists, packing lists, and purchase orders for handover to the shipping manager.
- Assists with lab arrangement and scheduling.
- Assists in welcoming clients, visitors, and guests; assesses the purpose of each visit and directs or accompanies them to the appropriate area.
- High school diploma is required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve independently as well as build relationships
