As the 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for all planning and activities of a large industrial facility. You will lead production personnel and Technicians driving product flow and day to day operations.Reporting directly into the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
Shift hours: One supervisor: Sunday - Wed 7:30 pm - 6:30 am One supervisor: Wed - Sat 7:30 pm - 6:30 am
Ensuring that all manufacturing process across production are productive and efficient
Managing flow of operations
Driving continuous improvement projects
Maintaining all safety, environmental, and quality standards
Leading a team of production employees
Lead, motivate, train, coach, and discipline team members

Education: Associate's Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent, relevant experience
5-7 years of experience working in an industrial setting
3+ years of supervisory experience
Lean and continuous improvement experience
Operations and production professional
Experience with MRP/ERP systems
Experience in high volume manufacturing
