In this role, you will serve as the primary Human Resources point of contact for employees and supervisors during second shift hours, typically from late afternoon to late evening. Your responsibilities will include supporting employee relations, handling policy interpretation, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and addressing day-to-day HR inquiries. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws, and partnering with leadership to resolve workforce issues. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work independently while supporting a diverse workforce in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment.**Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
