This individual must be able to speak and write in English and Vietnamese, and assist our active Vietnamese-speaking client base and sales team. Managing customer inquiries, following up with customers, and resolving issues.
Providing prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. (Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, etc.)
Maintaining client records and updating information as needed.
Assisting with customer retention strategies.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese - written, verbal and listening
Proactive in problem-solving skills
Computer knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly
Experience in customer service preferred
