OverviewWe are looking to add a Senior Inside Sales Specialist to our growing Franchise Solutions team!Gallagher Franchise Solutions specializes in providing tailored insurance and risk management programs designed to meet the unique needs of franchise businesses, including coverage for property, liability, and workers' compensation. It offers expertise in compliance, scalability, and cost-efficient solutions to help franchises mitigate risks, protect assets, and reduce their total cost of risk. With a consultative approach, Gallagher works closely with franchise owners to ensure their insurance programs align with operational needs and support business growth.How you'll make an impact
  • Sell insurance products and services to referred prospects and current customers within the Franchise vertical
  • Collect prospect information, determine appropriate products and services to offer, and close sales
  • Cross sell other Company products and services and refers prospects to appropriate business lines
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance and other Company products and services
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated sales experience and 1+ years of commercial insurance experience.
  • P&C Insurance Producer licensing required.
