- Report new car sales to manufacturer/ claim all manufacturer rebates.
- File exceptions with manufacturer for all declined/held rebates.
- Reconcile chargebacks/ file claims and cases for rebates and missing price protection.
- Maintain electric vehicle documents per IRS standards/ send literature to new EV customers.
- Audit and ensure all paperwork in the deal jackets are completed and accounted for.
- Maintain accounting schedules for incentives, Ford pass rewards and premium maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with Sales/ Finance/ Service Managers with sales and loaner procedures.
- Enroll customer VINs into Ford Pass rewards memberships.
- Enroll and discharge loaner vehicles into manufacturer's courtesy transportation program/ accounting & purchasing loaners in and out of program
- Enroll loaners into vehicle insurance programs
