- Responsible for supporting North America Real Estate payments, monthly reconciliation, vendor maintenance and payment issues resolutions.
- The role will support forecasts, annual operating plans and ad hoc special reporting.
- Prepare and submit framework purchase orders
- Monitor purchase orders and confirm they are set-up properly
- Reconcile purchase orders and payments with client accounting
- Complete variance analysis
- Creating forecast reports for the sectors by cost center/lease line
- Balance sheet reviews with controls
- Assist in the preparation of month end reporting packages for senior leadership
- Maintain internal controls over financial accounting and reporting processes in compliance with client's requirements. Assist in the identification of risks and implementation of new controls and processes when necessary.
- Make recommendations for process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in other strategic finance, account, and business projects as they arise.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day duties of the accounts payable team, ensuring all invoices and rent payments are processed in a timely manner in multiple systems.
