
Assistant Project Manager

- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil and/or industrial projects.
- Ensure projects compliance with company standards, specifications, and regulations.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, documentation, and necessary approvals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges promptly.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project participants.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preference)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy civil or industrial construction
- Proven experience working on large scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
