- Monitor EPM system performance and ensure uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (e.g., data load failures).
- Coordinate end-user testing, ensuring proper documentation and sign-off are obtained after patching has been applied.
- Provide level 2/3 support to users and administrators.
- Document processes and provide training to end-users and internal teams.
- Develop and deploy calculation scripts, business rules, and automation routines within EPM systems.
- Collaborate with functional leads to gather requirements and configure system workflows accordingly.
- Manage data integrations from ERP, MDM, and other systems.
- Build and maintain ETL processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across source systems and EPM.
- Create automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, etc.
- Schedule and maintain jobs for data loads, calculations, and report generation.
- Ensure system controls align with SOX and IT audit standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for change management and system configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, OneStream, or similar software.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering successful products.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Python, Jython, C#, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and automation tools.
