Whirlpool is seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals with a strong background in hydraulic, mechanical, and automatic stamping presses, coil feed systems, automated grinders, and automated weld equipment. Your responsibilities will include Equipment Setup: Calibrating presses, adjusting die settings, and programming welders. Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials. Welding Operations: Operating various welding equipment to meet specified standards. Operate and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Quality Control: Inspecting materials, welds, and finished products for accuracy. Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and ensuring a safe work environment. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving equipment or process issues. Communication: Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Read and understand complex part prints. Additional tasks may include performing calculations, managing inventory, assisting with projects, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment setup or maintenance in high pace manufacturing environment High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills. Why should you apply?
