- Attend formal training classes, supplementing the on-the-job learning that occurs in each rotation.
- Actively participates in community involvement projects.
- Build a network of resources within the risk division and supporting areas.
- Create and presents a formal PowerPoint presentation to Sr. Management at the end of the assignment.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Involvement in program related committees including volunteerism and professional development
- Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Insurance/Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Humanities – Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Pre-Law (or other relevant major)
- Must be a rising senior
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Campus involvement/leadership experience preferred
- Relevant internship/co-op experience preferred
- Ability to complete both guided and self-directed learning activities
- Strong communicator and developer of interpersonal connections
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to connect the dots across lines of business and defense in the bank
