- Conduct procurement internal audits (pre- and post-award file reviews) and support external audits conducted by DCAA, DCMA, or other oversight agencies, including CPSR and Government Property reviews, as needed.
- Assist in coordinating responses to data calls, prepare supporting documentation, and track findings and corrective actions, as needed.
- Maintain and enhance CACI’s Contracts & Subcontracts training curriculums to include creating training materials, job aids, quick-reference guides, e-learning modules, and delivering virtual or in-person training.
- Develop and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs, including participant feedback, knowledge retention, and impact on compliance performance.
- Support the annual review and update of internal policies, procedures, and process documentation to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Maintain and update standard subcontract, and contract-related templates and forms to ensure all documents reflect current regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Collaborate with Contracts & Subcontracts team to implement process changes and ensure clear communication of updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Contracts/Acquisition Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in U.S. Federal Government contracting, subcontracting, and procurement compliance within a large government contractor environment.
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other federal procurement regulations.
- Experience drafting and maintaining policies, procedures, and contract templates.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training to diverse audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Familiarity with instructional design methods and tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or other e-learning platforms) is a plus for creating engaging training content.
- Master's degree or NCMA certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, or CPSM
- Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems
- Prior experience supporting audits (DCAA, DCMA, CPSR, Government Property reviews)
