Position OverviewState Farm Insurance Agent located in Juneau, Alaska is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join his team of 7. As a State Farm team member for Reuben Willis you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.Responsibilities
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
  • Learn to use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent and team to establish and meet sales goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
  • No insurance experience required. We will provide training.
  • Must be willing to learn and be teachable

  • Self-motivated & detail oriented
  • Willingness to learn how to make presentations to potential customers
  • Personal Lines Licenses Auto & Fire (must be able to obtain within 30 days, on the job study time provided)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days, on the job study time provided)
