
VP, Transit Facility Program Manager

- Responsible for the management of technical, contracting, and support service activities for transit facility client programs.
- Develop and implement Program Management Plans for transit facility clients
- Develops the procurement and contracting processes and implements operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies.
- Plans, monitors, evaluates and supervises the operation of the contractors, subconsultants, and vendors.
- Conducts competitive bidding activities including developing Request for Proposals, Request for Qualifications, public noticing, facilitating bidder's panel, facilitating selection panels, and writing award recommendations.
- Responsible for ensuring that the final product of the project or program team reflects the original scope and budget requirements.
- Proactively identifies potential program problems or opportunities, analyzes the issues using all appropriate resources, develops alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
- Supports business development, thought leadership, and global strategic initiative corporate needs.
- Bachelors in engineering with a discipline of Civil, Electrical, or related
- 20+ years of relevant experience
- 15+ years of program management
