Breakfast Attendant, Inn on WoodlakeWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: Kohler, WIOpportunityIf you enjoy a customer service facing role with the added challenge of kitchen duties then this position at the Inn on Woodlake is the right opportunity for you.Specific Responsibilities
  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes.
  • Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.
  • Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
  • Trash removal.
  • Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
  • Sweep/mop floors.
  • Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
  • Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
  • Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
  • Prepares salad bar items. Ensures freshness of all items; maintains small condiments with fresh contents.
  • Ensures refrigeration of appropriate items immediately.
This is a part-time position. Standard Hours are 5am-noon. Weekends are required.Skills/Requirements
  • ServSafe certification a plus, but not required.
  • Some experience in the food preparation field in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area.
  • Knowledge of food preparation methods and operations, of kitchen equipment and materials used in food prep work.
