Responsibilities:Who are you?The Benefit Systems Specialist is tasked with the initial setup of clients’ ID cards and is responsible for all subsequent ID card-related maintenance tasks. This role requires close collaboration with other departments, including Benefit Eligibility, Data Operations, Product Engineering, Implementation, Sales, and Account Management.In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
  • Review and respond to emails and change Notices
  • Review and release ID card files in Zelis
  • Research ID card issues
  • Create and maintain client rules in Zelis
  • Monitor ID card projects through completion
  • Review ID card projects in initial internal review phase
  • Complete self-audits on all proofs
  • Conduct pre-release audits to ensure members will receive the correct ID cards during mass print jobs
  • Develop sample cards for clients in the Sales pipeline
  • Pull reports to ensure PGs are being met
  • Review revised Network guidelines to ensure cards remain in compliance
  • Attend Implementation meetings

Qualifications:What you bring to the Personify Health team:In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in health administration, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement
  • 2+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Experience in processing member enrollment, and ID card production is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy in managing member records and documentation.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, workflows, and regulations in the healthcare industry.
