- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of ten years of human resources or related experience, required.
- Five years People leadership/management in a highly matrixed environment, preferred.
- Five years Experience with executive level consultation across multiple human capital domains to include organizational design and optimization, team member engagement, retention strategies, and performance management, required.
- Five years Experience in managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives. Experience in providing consultative services, required.
- Health care or related field experience. Merger and Acquisition experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: PHR or SPHR or other Human Resource Certification, preferred.
