We have partnered with a global manufacturing market leader in their field or an IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional business and IT initiatives across plants in North America. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects that drive efficiency, system improvements, and business growth. You’ll work closely with teams across operations, engineering, finance, supply chain, and IT to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.What You’ll Do:Manage IT projects from start to finish, including ERP/MES upgrades, system integrations, and process improvements.Define project scope, requirements, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.Identify and mitigate risks to minimize operational disruption.Oversee documentation, testing, and training to support successful rollouts.Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and industry standards.Promote continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of IT project management experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of SAP, MES, BI, and related systems.Proficiency in project management tools (Hive, MS Project preferred).Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.PMP/PRINCE2 and ITIL certifications preferred.Experience with SharePoint and helpdesk systems (TopDesk, ServiceNow, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about bridging business and technology, we’d love to connect with you!
