- Lead daily operations and manage projects and/or a team of Instructional Support Specialists.
- Review course curriculum to ensure integration of OASIS resources that support student skill development.
- Oversee writing assessment support, including leading norming sessions aligned with Walden’s standards.
- Participate in instructional sessions (online and occasional travel for on-site).
- Tutor students in academic skills based on your expertise.
- Maintain the OASIS website in collaboration with the Content Management team.
- Develop engaging instructional resources (audio, video, or self-paced).
- Promote a positive team culture and healthy workplace environment.
- Coordinate staff workloads across projects in line with strategic priorities.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on student engagement with OASIS services.
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean to implement program strategy and ensure team alignment.
- Participate in the OASIS Strategic Alignment group.
- Perform other duties as assigned, in alignment with Walden and OASIS priorities.
- Comply with all university policies and standards.
- Education: Master’s degree required; doctoral degree or current enrollment in a doctoral program preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of five years in higher education and/or online adult learning, ideally with supervisory experience.
- Proven success leading or collaborating with teams to deliver instructional support in online university programs, especially within cocurricular departments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and implement academic-focused projects effectively.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in data collection and reporting, with regular use of tools like Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
