All managed from the palm of your hand in the My Epic app.Job Summary:The My Epic Gear Supervisor is responsible for maintaining outstanding member service per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. The My Epic Gear Supervisor acts as a location specific leadership ensuring quality control that delivers an experience of a lifetime for our Employees and Members. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to work with a team or autonomously.Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to our members at our Member Services and Slopeside locations.
  • Lead associates in member services and slopeside pickup.
  • Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication
  • Oversee and assist with gear preparations and delivery for upcoming My Epic Gear reservations
  • Maintain a professional standard of guest and member service
  • May be responsible for opening and closing locations.
  • Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, and stand or kneel for 8 hours sometimes outside and in winter conditions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required
The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
