Solution Architect

• Develop end-to-end IT solutions by integrating diverse technologies and platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable architecture designs.
• Map and document end-to-end solution flows, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Define and document best practices, standards, and guidelines for technology adoption, implementation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Lead architectural reviews, risk assessments, and impact analyses for new and existing solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on technology stacks such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Solar, Apigee, and BPM.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

• Proven experience designing and deploying solutions using Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices.
• Hands-on expertise with event streaming and messaging using Kafka.
• Good working knowledge on Platform Architecture XXgn principle ( cloud /on prem)
• Must have worked on Relation DB or Cloud based DB
• Experience implementing search platforms such as Solar.
• Proficiency in designing and managing API gateways, preferably Apigee.
• In-depth knowledge of Business Process Candidateagement (BPM) platforms and workflow automation.
• Strong background in system integration, cloud architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to create comprehensive architectural documentation, diagrams, and best practice guides.

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures.
• Working knowledge of security best practices for distributed systems.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional project leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications related to architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, or cloud platforms are a plus.
