Our well-established, privately held commercial real estate firm in North Palm Beach is seeking an ambitious Executive Sales & Operations Associate to partner closely with the CEO & COO.This is not a typical assistant role. It’s an opportunity to sit at the decision-making table, wear multiple hats, and immerse yourself in the daily realities of running and growing a high-performing business. From managing operations and sales initiatives to stepping in where needed across departments, you’ll be directly exposed to the leadership, strategy, and discipline required to build long-term success.The Environment

- Act as the CEO/COO’s right hand, balancing both sales and operational priorities as well as private, personal endeavors
- Manage calendars, emails, travel, and high-stakes follow-ups with clients, vendors, and team members
- Step in across teams as needed—learning each function of the business from the ground up
- Lead special projects, research initiatives, and reporting with clear, actionable outcomes
- Develop systems, processes, and communication channels that drive efficiency and accountability
- Support critical relationships with banks, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are met
- MBA preferably (1–3 years post-graduation experience)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills—written and verbal
- Comfort in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment
- Ability to take direction well, juggle competing priorities, and thrive under pressure
- Humble, “no task too small” mindset with aspirations to grow into leadership
- Entrepreneurial drive, resourcefulness, high critical thinking skills and curiosity to understand every corner of the business
