
Systems Engineering Co-Op

- Work with senior and principal systems engineers, as well as technical team members from other functions to complete tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Identify and troubleshoot basic engineering issues
- Develop a network of key stakeholders across various functions
- Support the creation of Systems related documents, including system architecture, requirements, risk assessments, etc
- Become familiar with the product development process and relevant deliverable
- Development of a System Model
- Interface Control Documentation
- System Test Automation
- Working towards a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSME, BSEE, BSSE, or other)
- Able to work independently and within groups
- Able to synthesize a solution when design inputs are vague or incomplete
- Comfortable in multi-tasking situations
- Comfortable with priority shifts
- Selfless, can-do attitude, willing to learn
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately, without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Time Commitment: Co-op position spanning Summer and Fall of 2026
- Experience with Systems Engineering
- Pursuing Systems Engineering or closely related degree
- Familiarity with marine and/or RV products in professional or recreational environment
- Familiarity with ABYC requirements
- Experience with new product development cycles

- Hours: Co-ops and Interns are expected to work a full 40-hour work week.
- Feedback and Performance Reviews: As a co-op or intern, you will receive feedback and performance reviews throughout your assignment. We value the importance for interns to understand their progress and areas for improvement.
