- Support Partners Objectives & Achieving Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed partnership goals.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the Partner Success and Partnership Management teams.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the implementation of Partnership Program operational components and performance data analysis/measurement to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and performance within the partnership team.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with partners.
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Assist in preparation, planning and participation in QBRs with partners to assess progress and set future objectives.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
- Proactive Approach- An individual ready to take the initiative, identify opportunities, and drive new business prospects forward.
- Effective Communicator: Clear and persuasive communication skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations and fostering meaningful dialogues with potential clients.
