
Senior Maintenance Service Technician-Nights

- Perform and complete preventative maintenance, and repairs of plant production equipment including but not limited to:
- Mechanical repairs:
- Interpret prints/schematics of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Shaft seal replacements
- Motor replacement and alignments
- Rebuilds of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps etc.
- electrical troubleshooting including low and high voltage up to 480 volts.
- PLC troubleshooting, wiring and logic.
- Bearing, sprockets, conveyor systems maintenance
- Vacuum pump knowledge and packaging machines.
- Box makers and taper machines
- Able to interpret and understand procedure manuals.
- Oil Removal and System maintenance on hydraulic and vacuum equipment.
- Timely repair of plant equipment/systems with precision maintenance techniques as necessary to meet production rates and maintenance downtime goals.
- Data entry daily into current CMMS system including preventative maintenance records, and inspection generated work orders for future work.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, including all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Comfortable operating at high elevations if needed
- Ability to lift or move 75 pounds.
- Ability to withstand changing environments.
- Ability to operate an aerial lift and sit-down forklift.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma, Industrial maintenance card or journeyman’s license preferred.
- 5 + years industrial maintenance experience required. must have experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting including PLC’s. Required
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills will be necessary to log information, to process daily work orders and to complete required documentation. Ability to learn and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Required
- Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and basic math skills are necessary to perform this job at a satisfactorily level. Required
- Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and/or holidays.
- 3rd shift 5:00PM – 5:00AM
- Rotating flex schedule as seen below
- Approximately one to two weeks travel per year for technical and safety training.

- Hourly wages up to $40.00 an hour with a yearly wage review. The 5:00pm to 5:00am also offers a 1.00 shift premium. This position also includes up to a 2% annual incentive bonus. Up to $5,000.00 sign on bonus.
