The Concrete Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the concrete services industry. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and materials, as well as excellent analytical skills to contribute to project success.A Concrete Estimator will be expected to:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary project details.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to identify required resources.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documentation.
  • Participate in pre-construction meetings to discuss project requirements and timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market prices, and new technologies in construction.
