Manage onsite operations and personnel with direct responsibility for project schedule, sequence of construction, logistics, means & methods, safety, security, municipal inspections and quality assurance. Manage and mentor field personnel assigned to the project.Nationwide pipeline with emphasis in Southeast.Traveling Superintendent Duties:
  • Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
  • Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
  • Maintain OSHA requirements
  • Mentor less experienced construction professionals
  • Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor
  • Travel required

  • Ground Up Commercial Construction project experience
  • 3+ years as a Lead Superintendent
  • Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
  • Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
  • Ability to create strong relationships with clients and trades
